Hi Senior (dancers),

how are you guys? Haven't really been in touch with you all for the longest time (years?). Wonder how you guys are doing now.

Just wanted to drop in to say Hewlo! and hope that everyone (whom i am not in contact with) is still doing well (in whatever you guys are doing!)

Maybe we guys should get together sometime soon.. like an un-official gathering or something like that? anyway... I'm sure you know how to get in touch with me! take care and all the best to the current and 'senior' dancers of the IJ dance ensemble!

Hello ij dance ensem, i believe this will be my very last post here as a student of ij ): Its sucks to leave after so much, but i believe we've got an amazing committee that will lead you guys to a gold and hopefully a danceworks championship as well!

Without a doubt, dance ensem has gotten people talking -good & bad. We're known to put up our best and we're also known for many of the other things that shall not be mentioned. All of us at ij dance ensem, we're family. We are supposed to be. We can only hope that everyone feels the same way and everyone wants the best for each other and not just fame for themselves. But neither can people judge us by the one or few people who bring us down. Cos we've proven that amongst these many other things they speak about, there is still love. Love for each other, love for dance. Without these two important things, tell me however could any of our performances, danceworks or syf have been pulled off ? Every person who has stepped through the doors of our dance studio with the mindset, heart and soul ready to work with whoever they've got regardless of differences, has make their mark in ij dance history. It doesnt matter if you've been the president or just a dancer. Throughout my 5 years, ive known dancers who have made bigger contributions than many others. The leaders are there to guide, the rest of us are there to keep it going. What would dance be without the rest of us? Nothing.

If you've ever been upset or had the thought that, 'im lousy, dance isnt the place for me' than you're wrong. Its not those who come in with amazing talents or backgrounds that make the biggst imapact, but those who come with nothing but pure courage, determination and the volition to work their way up. These are the people, who will excell further than anyone who plainly has talent and an ego too big for them to handle. Fame isn't everything. So if you've ever been at this point, i challenge you. To ask for guidance, to practice everyday and to go into auditions without fear knowing you worked for it whatever the outcome. If you love dance that much, commitment wouldn't be a problem.

And for the many other things people say, if you're honestly-cross-your-heart nothing like it, than fear not. Cos its not what they think that matters, but what you bring on that stage.

I wish you all the very best for the 2 upcoming auditions and for the many years to come! IJ dance has been a big part of my life, i believe none of us who feel so strongly will ever truly leave :)
haha! and to stelle too:D
